VIDEOCON D2H – not working properly

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice, I have a connection of Videocon D2H HD from last 8 months. My customer id is 85951150 and name Manish Chawla. Around 15 days back some channels were not working properly so called up customer care(on 29/07/2013) and they send a representative to rectify the problem(on 30/07/2013). Our subscription has to be recharged on 25th of every month but the box is not working from today morning 17th August’13 , for this I called up the customer care they say that an amount of Rs 125/- has been deducted from my account owing to visitation charges by the representative on 30th July. This deduction was not informed to us earlier, as this is a service industry how they can levy such charges without informing the customer. Without informing how can you deduct amount from my account. This is not acceptable at any cost, you are playing with customer’s money, first of all I want to know why I was not informed about this deduction and who has given right to company to deduct amount from my account without any information. Waiting for revert and also reversal of the amount of Rs.125 deducted from my account on priority. Reagrds, Manish Chawla 9858199102
