Videocon D2H called us saying that they would be starting a new cinema channel. He didn’t mention that I will be charged for this service. In short with out providing complete information he started this service. He sounded this offer as promotional. When I complained about why I am being charged for this additional channel he mentioned that it was as per our request. On the other hand because of providing in-complete information, we agreed upon it as a free service. When I voiced against it they are not accepting there fault and have continued to charge us.
because of this additional charges, my yearly plan has fallen to just 10-11 months incuring me a loss around 600-700 rupees.
I want to deactivate that service(Additional channel-222) and return my money for which I was charged.
