Dear sir, with due respect,i beg to submit that,on 12 oct 2013 i was trying to book videocon d2h online for online offer but there was some server error at videocon website due to which i couldn’t book,thereafter i contacted nodal officer Mr. Alok Anand and explained all these booking error problem afterwhich he told me that he will resolve my complaint at earliest and continue the installation process and told me to pay online offer amount and my D2H connection got installed after paying said amount but they neither provided the coupons worth Rs 4000 nor extra cable wire which i had already paid for. so,resolve my complaint at earliest and provide me the committed online offers or be ready to face legal stern action by me. Thanking You

I haven’t received Rs 4000 coupons and 15 mtrs cable wire.
