Hi, we have purchased washing machine of Videocon-Eco Wash(WM VS65C26) in 25 th November 2012. since then whenever we use it,spin tub doesn’t work and sometime Wash tub is not working.we talked to dealer for replacement but he denied .we talked to customer care,they repair it but again the condition remains same..in 8 months of period,we have complained 4 times..it shows that this piece of washing machine is defective and we want to replace it or refund the whole amount as it is in warranty Period. kindly help me to make this defective piece replaced or refund my money ASAP.
