Videocon DTH – non catching of channels

I recharged my D2H A/c (Cust id-31304996) on 11/11/13 and on the same day made a complaint for non catching of channels to customer care,here I was told that I had to pay Rs.150 for engineer visiting charges plus product replacement charges in cash.Engineer visited my home next day and I paid his Rs.400(150 for service charge and 250 for product replacement) but some days after came to know that Rs.150 has been debited to my a/c and service were made stopped.Again I complained it to Customer Care,where I was told that it will take some day to services to be continued.Service started after interruption of two days(total). Today i.e.03/12/13 I got an SMS that should recharge my a/c before 5/12/13 against actual due date 08/12/13(as communicated at the time of recharge on 11/11/13)

Its totally wrong that due to company’s internal procedure customer has to suffer. Question is that despite paying full amount along with due intimation of it to customer care—-why should customer bear any loss/suffer even for 5 minutes where as it’s totally fault of company. And why I am not being given service worth of amount I paid to company. I don not wish to continue with this cheater company.Please help me to get refund value for product and service amount so that I can connect with some other D2H company. This is so to make lesson to such cheater that customer is not help less.
