After recharging value voucher of Rs 189 . I was not able to call for free nad balance was deducting. WheN I called customer care. They said it was lapsed because I didny made a chargeable call after buying the sim .. and done the value rechrg of 189 . My mone is wasted because of this.. stealing rule of videocon.

because of di inconvenience . And no support from there side I want 1890 Rs ..
