I had submitted my phone to the Videocon Service Center on 9th September with job sheet no. HCH1909130053 and complaint no. 13100496421 as its front speaker/ receiver is not working. They sent my phone to the company to repair my phone. Today it’s over 40 days with no success. Even after many complaints and calls to the service center and the company they are not giving any status update. Each time they simply say that there is no status update so please wait for 4 to 5 days and you will get a status update call from the company. But till now I did not get any call from the company. Guys, Videocon’s after sale service are extremely poor. They don’t have spare parts. They don’t have technical staff to repair phones.

As a Relief the company should pay for all my losses. Here is the detail: 1. Videocon Phone amount – Rs. 3134 2. Second hand phone purchase – Rs. 6000 3. Service center visits (total 3) – Rs. 3000 4. Lost important calls (financial loss) – Rs. 5000 5. Loss due to Harassment – Rs. 200000 6. Time loss to protect consumer rights – Rs. 10000 Total Claim Amount – Rs. 227134/- This claim may increase if I have to face more harrassment.
