I had purchased a Videocon Color TV on 11 November 2012, with Model No-CTVVHU21 SDA CUS890312010187911386, since 1 month of buying TV, I have been facing problem with the color of TV set, every month 4-5 times screen get discolor it starts from all four corner and spread to whole screen and we can watch program clearly many times I have contacted to customer care and they sent mechanic to repair but the problem is still continue. now customer care people are also not responding properly. I have contacted to the show room N H Electronics Shapur Hyderabad, but he refused to listen to me.. Now I’ve became fed up with all of this and feeling cheated and helpless. I never expected this kind of defected product from a company like Videocon. I want to urge Videocon that please replace my TV set.

I want new set because every month I have to face this problem and since this TV is under warranty period until 11th November 2013,after that if i get the TV repaired i have to pay from my pocket
