Actually the engineer from service came to my home by my complaint about videocon washing machine , he take the parts , timer etc with him about 3 months ago, now he is not even receiving my phone when he receives my phone , than he do not give any satisfactory answer,

my mother is suffering from knees pain, she need to wash clothes , washing machine . she has fell down when she was cleaning the clothes without machine..

i just want to file a case against videocon, to back my washing machine parts
