I am a customer of videocon. Last year I purchased Videocon window AC and from very next day I am facing issue on it. A lot of complaint I have registered and got bad service from videocon. As I had left with no trust with Videocon products so I took AMC (1 year extended warranty) for it. Now I am facing compressor problem and I have registered a complain regarding it. It has been 13 days and still I am waiting to get my AC run properly. The service center guys are continuously giving me lame excuses, false information and dealing me with very rude attitude. I am just following him like anything by calling them from engineer level to store-incharge to zonal manager. Everyone is delivering me different reasons, wrong arguments and the sentence like (what can we do.. you have to suffer , it’s not our problem. etc etc).

I think I did a mistake by purchasing Videocon window AC and another mistake by taking AMC of it.

I have called their service center 20-30 times and problem is still in it’s place. I am very fed up with their services and left no trust for your products.

I am left with no choice to knock the door of consumer forum. It is very unethical and unprofessional the way Videocon is dealing with it’s customer.
