Having confidence in Vijaya Diagnostics Centre, I have referred my son, G Kishen, to undergo the following blood tests: Lipid Profile, LFT, TSH, Free T4, Post Lunch & Fasting blood sugar The said Diagnostic Centre has drawn Blood samples for these Tests, with a note that the Test results will be available on their website. However, out of these tests, the results of LFT and Lipid Profile were not available. Instead, the medical test results of some other patient Mrs. Madhavi were shown! When I tried to contact them, no one responded for two days and in the meanwhile Patient went back to Bangalore for his job. Finally, I was able to get through to the staff, and they told me rudely that there was no record with them about the patient giving blood samples for Lipid Profile and L F T. Finally, they informed after 2 days that the samples are lost, and nothing can be done as the patient went back to Bangalore. This clearly shows the callousness and negligence on the side of the staff of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre.

We want refund of the money for the tests not carried out. We want compensation for the inconvenience and hardship faced by the patient, and doctor. We want to recover the expenses incurred by the patient in travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad and back.
