Violation of DND services

Dear Sir,

This is strange conduct by AIRTEL , against DND registry violation

1) My Mobile no 9871166100 is registered in NDND.
2) Telemarkteer’s call from different numbers for “Loans, credit cards, insurance, property etc” and lots of Promotional messages from the same came on regular intervals.
3) On complaining to AIRTEL , they give long dates for resolution – and suddenly send a SMS , issue is resolved and closed
4) Then through all maze of AIRTEL customer care with much difficulty the details of resolution are obtained , which are all different on same complaint from one executive to another executive and from one e-mail reply to another e-mail reply
5) These resolutions are usually incomplete, lot of action is left pending , to which answer never comes.
6) STRANGE PART IS , THAT EVERY CALL AND SMS COMES FROM DIFFERENT NUMBER ON A REGULAR BASIS.

After making so many calls and complaints in Customer Care we got the same useless reponse-

SO ONE OF THE STANDARD RESOLUTION IS

As per your service request number XXXXXXXX, we would like to inform that warning letter XXXXXX dated XXXXXX has been sent to the concern for Violation done.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience held in this regard.
This is very disappointing to see such a bad response and service from one of the Country’s Best Telecoms Operators.
It creates a huge frustration and will lead to the discontinuation of Services.

Please look into the matter.
