vipul motors – Maruti- dealer poor service

had to got my car alto lxi serviced. so i booked at vipul motors workshop malaviya nagar on tuesday 24/12/2013 jaipur for servicing on saturday 28/12/2013. on saturday i contacted DGM of vipul motors. he was busy in hospital so he gave me some mobile number. while talking to the person on mobile he handed over mobile to some lady. then i enquired about my booking status for servicing. she replied that there is no booking for saturday in my name but i said that i had already booked it on tuesday itself. then she sent a driver to my residence to pick the vehicle for servicing under pick and drop scheme of theirs. i was presuming that car went to malaviya nagar workshop for servicing but it went to jhotwara workshop. the driver and the jhotwara workshop head did not tell me that they are from jhotwara workhsop. i was completely kept in the dark. only in the evening after enquiring about the more run of my vehicle from the mobile number given in the bill i came to know that my vehicle reached jhotwara workshop instead of malaviya nagar workshop. when i am talking to vipul motors personnel they are not giving me satisfactory replay and even not picking my phone.

1. video recording of servicing of my car to be provided to me. 2. i should be reimbursed with the amount of more used petrol. 3. 50% discount to be adjusted in malaviya nagar workshop in the next service.
