Hi All, I have transferred from Pune to Hyderabd last month and I have contacted Vishwas Packers and Movers for moving of my household goods from Pune to Hyderabad. I have made the contract with them to send the goods to Pune after 15 days and there were 43 items listed on the bill. But at the time of delivery they have sent only 42 items and now they are not responding to my queries and talking arrogantly. I have insurance cover with national Insurance Comapny Limited for Rs. 100000. Please help to get my consignment back to me. Consignment details: Bill No: 2095

I want to pay them compensation and if possible I want them to pay me extra amount as a result of their behaviour
