Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked 2 N.A praposed plots in VMC developres through SMART peoples. The scheme was to pay the Plot amount in monthly installments. The time of booking i was given thirty thousand(30000/-) to smart peoples. I had paid 20,000 in cheques and 10,000 in cash.Smart peoples do marketing for VMC developers. i have paid six installments of 2 thousand each i.e i paid 42 thousand and after six months i withdraw for the schene. as per thier norms they confirm to give back my money afetr 1 year so i waited for one year after a yaer they have given me only 32 thousand cheques(Cheques given by VMC). I called up to Smart peoples seniors they said that 10,000 is deducted as a processing fee but at the time of booking smart peoples representative was not told me for the same i explain the thing to samrt people managment but they said that it was false commitment and tthat employee left the jaob so they refuse to give me money.

Consequences is i am trouble of Financial crisis
