Vodafone – 3g Connection poor quality service

i have taken internet package plan 850 with 3g connection. but i hardly get any 3g connection. i started complaining from 29th November 2013, but still as on date nothing has been done. i even changed sim as well as 3g dongal.
financial loss. valuable time loss.

first make things right. then ask for proper justification for not attending the problem
