I am a Vodafone mobile user. I have a 3G Data pack or Internet services from them also. Since 21st Jan, 2015 my internet services are not working. When I raised this complaint to Vodafone, first they are not ready to lodge a complaint against it. After requesting a lot they register my complaint as data fluctuation issue however I am not able to connect to internet. As I am a corporate professional, I’ve to be online any time otherwise this can cause to me damages. After lodging the complaint to Vodafone they said query will be resolved after 10 days which is very long time for me. When I raised the issue regarding the monetary impact as I am using 3G monthly data pack of Rs. 250 per month rental, they said “Sir, you will have to pay full amount as this is monthly charges whether you’re able to use the services or not”. I humbly request you to please help me to resolve this issue.
I demand Waiver in my bill & resolved the issue immediately.
