Vodafone 3G – Excess Billing – Need Refund

The company has billed incorrectly by charging two rentals for one service that is 3G and accepted the incorrectness but denied to adjust the same to correct the bill amount. The customer service and cancellation department has denied to correct the bill and ok with the cancellation but I don’t want to do that. Please help.

I want correct Bill and refund of excess money that has been debited to my account by Vodafone mobile Services.
