To change the plan of my number 9836XX0590 to Econnect 3G I sent a email on 23 rd January to Vodafone Kolkata with the mention that I don’t want to change my existing CUG benefit.I got a feedback email that the requested tariff E_Connect_3G_299 with the existing CUG (Closed User Group) has been processed for activation with immediate effect. My plan has has been changed to E_Connect 3G 299 .But I requested not to change CUG. Now why my CUG is not active ? My request number : 1658607052 and email correspondence is 1658607052. Please activate /attach my CUG again.
