I requested for deactivation of 3G on 1st Oct. Vodafone Cust Care said it will be deactivated by 3rd Oct when the new billing cycles starts and I will receive a confirmation when it will disconnected. I did`nt received any confirmation message on 3rd Oct and thereafter. On checking by calling 111 or by *111*5# it showed that my 3G plan is still active. Since if 3G plan is active even for a single day Vodafone charge for entire month. So I started using 3G as the rental of 150 would be charged in my bill. On 17th oct i received a sms from vodafone (VD-61111) that I have exhausted 80% of my free data limit which confirms that my data pack is active. But when I got my bill they have charged me on per KB basis. I escalated this and after sending the snapshot of message from vodafone of 17th oct which confirms my data pack was active they have stopped responding my mails and calls for resolution.
Reversal of the excess amount and the the time they have wasted for followup as they have stopped responding.
