Vodafone Activating Wrong Plan – Cheating

I have converted 2 numbers from vodafone prepaid to postpaid and ported 3 from airtel prepaid to vodafone postpaid. These are the problems i have faced and currently facing: Customer Care centre responsible: Vodafone Kamlanagar 1) 9643049567 (Vodafone prepaid to postpaid)- Problem 1: I asked for a micro sim but when i opened my package after my prepaid ceased to function i was dismayed to find a regular sim. Agent Responsible: Mr Aman Problem 2: The new micro sim did not work after 2 hrs as promised, it got activated and then deactivated. On visiting your vodafone store i was told that Mr Aman had hit the wrong server so i had to get another new sim which got activated. Problem 3: When taking a plan i wanted Vodafone RED – 499 on this but your representatives Mr Aman and Mr Ankit told me categorically that if i wish to make this number primary i had to have minimum 899 plan on this number. 2) 98188XXX29 (Airtel prepaid to Vodafone postpaid) Problem 1: The number did get activated but outgoing was barred. On visiting your customer care centre i was told that Since i already had 4 connections on my name the verification has rejected the fifth connection. Mr Mayank from your verification advised your vodafone representative to collect additional 1000 as security for activation (on Friday 03-04-2015 morning). I did not want to pay that because all this information was with you when i applied for the connection, why did you not intimate me that such rejection could happen, Why did you even acivitate it then. You activated it so that i would be forced into paying the security because now i cannot port it to another provider. I paid the money but till now the outgoing is not active. 96430XXX67 Problems made me unavailable for 48 hrs without working number making me incapable of doing any online transactions where this number was registered. Since this number is the sole number used by my wife it further disconnected her from the rest of family and friends. Thank god for Wifi and WhatsApp. I felt cheated as they forced me to buy 899 plan, i felt that if they can do this to me, someone who is proactive and can access information on internet, They must have surely fooled so many other customers into buying min 899 plan. 9818875429 I felt cheated again into paying 1000 rs as security because they somehow decided that i was incapable of paying additional Rs 500 per month. They did not asked for my income details but they decided on their whims and fancies. This number is used by my father and he has been disconnected for 4 days now. I have visited their store 5 times, each visit cost me time, money and causes mental trauma. I even tried their twitter but they called once and then they just falsely post we tried calling your number but it was busy.

1) I want a written apology. 2) They need to verify if all the customers who have opted fro Rs 899 RED plan from Kamla Nagar Store where not forced to buy that plan. 3) If number of customers is significant they need to issue an apology in a leading English and Hindi Daily.
