I have not given any request to Vodafone Care or store for activation of the netpack worth Rs 199 although they have activated it.when I have called customer Care they told me to go to Vodafone store because it has been activated by Vodafone store,but when I visited store they told me it was activated from Indore and I have to call customer Care for that.since I am from Gwalior(m.p) and not visited Indore from a couple of months then hoe can I activate the netpack from Indore on 31 August 2014.

They are just making me fool by passing the issue from customer Care to store and store to Customer Care.I have not requested to activate the plan then why should I will pay for it.
