Respected sir, I was browsing over internet from Vodafone 9775990xxx on 03/11/2014 and accidently i clicked an advertisment i immediately clicked back button but for some reason my balance was deducted 80rs. As i could find out it was for some reason as quoted “Rs 50: dnld-deals_mydala_50-mydala”, and another “Rs 30: dnld-hello1_tvallsouth_30-hello1store”. my point is before such deductions there should be at least some confirmation message if i wanted it or not. It could happen to any one and this companies are making money. And we even don’t know whom to complain. Customer care says you clicked the add knowingly or unknowingly its your fault you should ne complaining to the add owner but i even don’t know whom what add i clicked. Whom i going to complain. For this not to happen in future to any one sir you will have to take some action

Sir i had my sim activated today and today itself this happened(03/11/2014). I am a student i get limited amount of money for my own spending. And in that 80Rs is like a months spending on my cell phone. It may not sound much big but its big for me. I only want my balance back and there should be some regulations for such deductions so that no one ever face those types of problems. Hoping for your kind effort in this context. Thankyou .
