Vodafone – Being incorrectly and over charged no customer support.

Concerned Vodafone no.: 9930606234. Being overly charged from past six months to an extent of 10000 apex per month. Always registered complaint and have been extremely patient that I will get justice. Being harassed my customer care/nodal officer with no response, false reversal lead time. Past two months I have been charged for blackberry services which I deactivated two months back. I was charged full 899 amount for few days use and not as per pro rata basis to which I was told bb services are charged full and next month they won’t be charged”. Again this month they have charged saying that it was never deactivated. Past 16 days I have taking continuous follow up, mails to customer care, nodal officer with not a single feedback or response. I visited their centre and was promised that he charges will be reversed in next cycle. I have received the bill today and they have charged me again with full 899 for bb services which were deactivated 2 month back. This time bill amount again is 10000 which is ridiculous. I need reversal atleast for bb services charged for past two and current month and mostly I want their nodal officer to agree that their team made a mistake due to which I am being suffered. As their team have a habit of saving their team and blaming customer for everything.
