Dear sir, I am using postpaid no.-9324450646 from last 9-10 years. Earlier I was in relaince cdma after mobile number portability I choosed vodafone 2 years ago. They gave also good service but for the month of november they have sent bill of 78767.96 rs. Which is more than my credit limit 44,000. After taking international roaming I went to bihar near nepal border, because vodafone does not have there Network sevices. I stay there mid day of 9th november to early morning of 14th november. I have flight details for these days. I used once browsing for updating my facebook status on 11th november. After that I didn’t use internet, I do mail to vodafone but they are not ready to listen. Same year in january I did stay on same location for 12 days with same plan but they charge approx 18000 which I have paid. This time they are charging for that which service they didn’t provide. My credit limit is 44000 only so how can they charge more than that amount. Please help me out and guide me what should I do.

I want to pay right billing amount, and assurance that they will provide good service in future.
