Vodafone – Bill not charged as per activated plan

I have been using Vodafone since 4 yrs.my number is 9619945410. This is regarding the wrong bill and let me tell you that I am tired of calling vodafone numbers for numerous times ,Pls read below mentioned history of the matter very carefully. 1. In August13 last week , I got this number converted to my Individual name from corporate plan. 2. While getting new SIM , I had only opted for 99 rental plan and 3G plan of 500Mbps(MI 200). 3. But till 2nd sept my internet conn. was not working so I called up customer care and requested for plan activation after which he sent me format sms to be sent to 111. 4. On 3rd sept. 13 I sent sms for activation of MI 200 after which I got reply that req is registered and It will get activated within 24 hrs. 5. I kept on using 3G upto 500Mbps since I was assuming my plan to be MI200. 6. After I got the bill ,I came to know that they have charged money for services like voice mail, itemized bill which I did not activate. Also data usage was charged as per MI100 upto 250Mbps. 7. I called up customer care 3 times in 1 st week of oct13 ,they were not having satisfactory answers and kept forwarding my call to numerous other departments. 8. In the 4th call ,the executive promised me that he has noted my complaint and I will get a call within 72hrs. After 3 days when I called back ,the other ex. told me there is no compliant recorded at all…I told him to reg. it again now…the complaint no. was 1414071278. After 4 days I got a call from Vodafone and in a very rude and arrogant behaviour the person told me that everything is ok as per data in the portal and you will have to pay .He did not give any explanation and hung the call while I was talking. I immediately called up customer care and came to know that person had written in portal that customer Had hung up the phone .This is unimaginable. 9. I once again launched the complaint 1416712130. And waited for reply, even after 3 days I didn’t get reply so I called customer care number for enquiry. This time I noted the name of exe. Mr. Hiralal Gupta who specifically told me that your complaint is valid and we will reverse your 200 rs in next bill . 10. After his assurance ,I was waiting for reduction in amount but still I got sms of same amount. I even paid 900 rs out of total bill amt of 1150rs,.without taking into consideration that voice mail & itemized bill charges are wrongly mentioned. 11. Pls also note that since Vodafone nw coverage is note there at my work location(Reliance corporate park navi mumbai),in each compliant I have specifically made exe. to write down my alternate number in complaint message itself.. but nobody has called me on that number. 12. Since I was getting the irritating bill pay messages whenever I made call ,today I again called up vodafone number 9930099300, and came to know that my complaint was not addressed at all and again exe. Started giving same irritating replies and admitted that MI 100 plan has been activated from Vo

pls reduce the wrong amount from the bill with written apology and route cause analysis of problem.
