I have Vodafone no 9983304959 from past three months and my credit limit is Rs 2000. My monthly usage is around 500 rs Approx per month. I use this number as alternate no due to coverage, My main no is BSNL 9414617959. On 10 Aug I received message from vodafone that my usage is 1618 rs along with mail on my id devendra@smarttechindia.com, on 11 aug i received message that my usage is 1618. on 12 aug i received message and mail that my usage is 3832 rs, on same day i received message and mail that my usage is Rs 2153 on 12 aug i received message that my usage is rs rs 2213 and your services are barred due to exceeding credit limit. I enquired at customer care no and through IVR i received information that my outstanding is Rs 416.00 after getting continious messages i once gain enquired on IVR at customer care of vodafone it told my bill is Rs 3832. After getting message of Rs 2153 when i enquired at IVR it told rs 2213 as outstanding amount. In no case my billing amount can go beyond rs 500 as i have already stopped Data usage of Vodafone on 24 july. I use Braodband Wifi to excess my data on line even in my phone. Also I use dual sim phone for mobile data usage through Bsnl.
I want full bill waiver and get my number ported to other operator.
