Dear Team, I Shaikh Ziaul Haque the vodafone user mobile number – 9920191875 would like to bring to your notice the below mentioned problem that I have faced in last 1 week:- 1) I have been charged 2975 for the internet usage for the month of June ’13 however while porting I was told that I will get 1 GB internet free every month. 2) Even after calling at Vodafone care I was informed the same that your 1 GB free internet and your complaint has been raised and you will be send a rectified bill(Complaint Number- 1372668388). 3) After raising the complaint regarding the bill I assume there is no scope of barring the outgoing but still the outgoing was barred however than I visited Vodafone Gallery(Sector No 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai) on 16th July 2013 where I was assisted on Counter D by Shahid. As per the conversation with Shahid he told me that your free 1 GB will end by 17th September 2013 and he activated my outgoing services after saying that you will receive rectified bill in next 7 days. 4) Again on 19th July my outgoing was barred and then once again I visited Vodafone Gallery (Sector No 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai) and was assisted by Shailesh who first said me that you have been charged wrongly and you just have to pay 550 rupees and then after he kept me waiting for 15 minutes and all of a sudden he started saying that the free 1 GB internet services was only for six months and is over now I cannot help you on this if u want to escalate the matter please forward the mail to these email ID’s To conclude all I would just like to know how am I charged for Internet when I was clearly informed that I still have 1 GB free internet every month. The same record is also mentioned when I call the Vodafone care. Request you to please look into the matter. Have Also forwarded the same email to Corporate vodafone ID but the reponse was illogical and unsatisfactory
The total bill raised in 45 days is Approx 6800 but properly I should ony pay Approx 1500 which is call charges as the internet was free to me so I want that to be waived off.
