I had taken two SIM cards from vodafone agency, last month. 1. For mobile phone-8879972xxx 2. For Data Card-8879972xxx For both SIM I had taken unlimited internet plan of 1 GB. I have received correct bill for mobile SIM card, but the Data card SIM bill was much higher, 4462 Rs. Ideally it should have been less than Rs 400. Steps followed 1. SIM documents given to agency 2. SIM card received-8879972xxx 3. Form filled with Unlimited Data plan, 1 GB. 4. SMS received for SIM activation on alternate number 5. Called 117 for verification & activation. 6. Started using datacard SIM after activation. 7. Month end bill Rs 4462 Wrong bill , correct it.

Bill as per the plan selected, reverse excessive charges.
