Yesterday I recharged my Vodafone no. 9836902041 with Rs. 650 3G net pack. Their website clearly tells that this is a 30 days pack. but upon recharge I got only 28 days validity. Then I contacted their customer care executive, she told me that it is a 28 days pack and the site has inaccurate information. When I asked her to extend my validity to 30 days or alternatively refund me my money ( Since I am not getting what I was offered, I m simply not interested in the deal any more) she told none of them are possible.
