Sir, On 06/12/2012 Shri Sailesh (Mob: 9999925520) collected Rs. 250/- against Bill Receipt No. 5476 with Unique ID CDLA-188081 for Post-paid Internet Connection (No. 8586928579). Thereafter, their verification team submitted a negative report. One of your executive (Mob: 9953701817) asked me go to the Vodafone Store at Paragon Mall, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and I went there and submitted again copy of Voter ID Card and Driving Licence. Shri Rahul assured me to restart the connection after four days. Again on, 25 Dec 2012, I went there, I met Miss. Sonal and she said that the person who collected the money is fake and donot belong to Vodafone. I felt cheated. Whether the same is true does not matter? But she asked me deposit another Rs.250/- for another connection. I rang all the persons but no one is taking my calls. Even your Customer Care says that they are helpless and ask me send a email.
