I ported my prepaid number to corporate postpaid I called customer care and they told me about a plan with monthly rental of Rs.99 which comprises 100 minutes,200 sms and 512 MB of 2G data so I asked him to send his executive next day. He came and I confirmed the plan with him. When my sim got activated I got no data. I called them, visited the store and they told me there is no such plan. So sorry we can’t give you those benefits. The executive told me that minutes and texts are for all networks but I later got to know that these are also only for vodafone networks. I asked them to give me a code to port my number but they didn’t as they say they can’t port my number for 3 months
I want either a compensation in cash or they will give me the same plan as committed whether it is available our not.
