Vodafone – Credit limit not increased deactivation

My services on post paid connections was barred by Vodafone due to credit limit issue. The limit was not increased even after giving request on 16.01.2015. The issue was not resolved even after giving mails no of times. Then after I gave request for deactivation of connections on 24.1.2015 so then they activated services without my information now recharging for current month bill though I have not used any call service or data usage.

Extending the days to resolve the issue and charging for current month without my usage.
