I took a 3G data plan from vodafone in Feb 2013 with no. 8238070320 through an agent. I paid an advance amount for the full year to the agent. He was irregular in clearing the payments to vodafone. Vodafone deactivated my data plan on 24th June as the payment for May was delayed. I asked my agent to stop this service and pay the outstanding amount. I was confirmed by the customer care on phone that the service has been stopped though I still need to clear the outstanding amount. My agent cleared the outstanding payment on 29th July. I sent an confirmation to Vodafone to check the closure of my account. They responded me by saying that I have to pay another amount for July 2013. The service of dataplan was inactive for the whole of July and I couldn’t connect even once. It can be checked from the records of Vodafone.
just want Vodafone to reverse this payment of Rs. 363 and close my account.
