Hi 2 years ago, i bought a vodafone data card with following plan details, as confirmed by vodafone executives : 7.2 mbps speed till 3gb after that, 256 kbps speed unlimited data , and signed an agreement. This agreement contained only the “plan’s name” to be activated on data card, but not its details ( like offered amount of data, speed limit, etc). Also, the credit limit on the agreement was mentioned as Rs. 2500. Then, when i tried to confirm the plan details, each and every time, the executives confirmed the same. After using the data card, for like 10-20 days, vodafone raised a bill of Rs 15887. After 2 years, now they are saying, that they dont have those call records, on which my plan details were confirmed to me, and are threatening me that they will take legal actions if i do not pay the mentioned amount. I lost Rs 1950 already, on the data card purchased, now i just want Vodafone to stop harassing me.
