I have taken vodafone postpaid connection plan E_Connect_3G_399_PAYG for my mobile no 8287045xxx. under which I supposed to get 1GB 3G internet and 500 local & std minutes. where as I have consumed only 648.15 mb of internet volumes out of which 479.40 mb I have consumed during roaming according policy roaming is not applicable for internet data consumption but i have charged Rs 4,911.75 which is out of my understanding. For which i have visited vodafone store at Noida sector-18 but i didn’t got satisfactory reasons even for them also it’s complete new case. also they have stopped my outgoing calls. please take necessary immediate action so no other consumer will suffer like me.. I want the sum total of 4911.75 charged for mobile internet must be excluded and company need to be compensate for this type carelessness and stopping my outgoing calls for which i am suffering a lot economically.
