I bought a new Samsung phone for which I got a data of 1GB / month free for 2months. I was using it for last 3 days i.e. 28th of dec 2013 to 30th dec. Suddenly on 30th Dec I got a message that a recharge of Rs 21 has been done in my phone and 100mb of 2G data was activated which expires on 2nd Jan. I talked with the customer care immediately and told them repeatedly that neither I have done any recharge nor my friends have done it. My Question is when it was not my fault someone from ay part of the world can do a recharge to any number then Why my existing 3G pack was unsubscribed? I requested customer care to atleast tell me some information about the recharge like from which number it has happened they are unable to tell that also and behaved very rudely as if I am asking for some free service. It is very much disturbing and unprofessional. Please let me know if there is anyway my previous data pack can be reactivated.
