Dear Sir, I had taken a Vodafone Internet Dongle through the customer service support of Vodafone here at our premises of MSIL-Manesar. I had used the same for last year till Jan 14. But due to my relocation at Bhiwadi I had requested the telecom company on customer care calls to deactivate my connection & present to me the outstanding ( as the Vodafone personnel had stop visiting our premises). Even after giving the requirement on mail they had not deactivated my connection & ad billed me for 2 months. Now they are daily calling me to pay the bill for 2 months only after that they will let me know the status. I had stated that that i m ready to pay one month bill but they are insisting on full payment.They are also insisting me to visit there office for closure of connection which is wrong as for new connection they can come home but for closer they exploit the user.Moreoever there are no vodafone care centers at Bhiwadi. Kindly help me to get releive from this unwanted stress
I want to settle the case with one month rental payment.
