I had changed my plan from prepaid to postpaid on 24th January 2014 and the Vodafone stores at Kothrud gave me assurance that it will start working immediately in evening of said day but till date it did not start working. I requested Vodafone Stores of kothrud to look into the matter but they are ignoring like it will start in an hour or tomorrow like that.

I want my number to work.
