1. That I am a very old user customer of the Vodafone and using the postpaid and prepaid connections of Vodafone 9899755570, 9999032136, 9899758470 , 8447794235. 2. That for the past quiet sometime I am facing network/connection problem related to my post-paid connections i.e 9899755570 ,9999032136, 9899758470 and one said prepaid connection due to which I am not able receive incoming call and anyone dialling the said numbers use to get the recorded message that the said numbers are not reachable or the said numbers are switched off. I had also several time registered the said problem with Vodafone customer care but all in vain as still problem continues. 3. That I had further registered said problem in numbers with the Vodafone ComplaintRequest number is 103330 but all in vain no action has been taken by Vodafone to rectify the same. 4. That I had also registered the Complaint/Request no 2376263582 with Vodafone in respect of the problem in surfing and using internet plan in his Vodafone connection i.e 9899758470 but all in vain as no action has been taken by Vodafone to rectify the same. 5. That due to said connectivity/network sometime even the I was not able to make outgoing calls from my numbers which is a very serious problem for me and receive the Message that the said number is not registered with the Network. 6. Further, I had also activated the 2G Internet Plans on my said postpaid numbers i.e 9899755570 and 9899758470 but the said plan is also not working properly therefore I cant surf and access the web properly which amounts to Deficiency of Services on the part of Vodafone. 7. That the Complainant had also sent legal notice to Respondent no 1 in respect of said problem faced by the Complainant in his said Mobile Connections which was duly acknowledged on Respondent. 8. That after receiving the Legal notice dated 20-06-2013, the Vodafone also sent various mails and requested the me to provide further information in respect of the said problems but all in vain as no action has been taken by Vodafone to rectify the said problem. 9. That on 19-07-2013, I had also visited Vodafone ,Kamala Nagar whereby I had further registered the said Network problem Signal Problem Internet Problem in the said my numbers whereby the Executive namely Kundan had attended my problem and generated the Complainant/Request numbers i.e 2376265546, 479647875 and ensure me that the said problem will be rectified within 2 days, but all in vain . 10. That Vodafone after receiving the grievances of the Complainant has not rectify the said problem rather raise the exorbitant bill in respect of Complainant Post-paid Connections
It is, therefore, most respectfully requested goodself to kindly direct that the Vodafone to do the following acts:- 1. (a) To rectify / remove the defects of the said network/connectivity issues related to the above post paid and prepaid numbers . (b) To rectify / remove the defects of the internet issues in relation to my above said postpaid numbers and one prepaid number. (c) To Compensate me for his above said professional, monetary and other losses cause by the Vodafone deficient and inefficient services in respect of my said numbers .Also pay damages to me for the fact that after registering with DND services as I am still getting unsolicitating/sales/marketing calls. (d) Also withdraw the exorbitant bills raised by Vodafone in respect of my Postpaid Connections i.e 9899755570,9899758470,9999032136. 2. Also take action against the Vodafone in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances as per law.
