Vodafone – Defective SIM Card failed to provide satisfactory services

I had bought one SIM Card with Mobile No. 9819441403, under which I could not avail Call Waiting Service and Call Conference. Upon checking with other SIMs in my instrument I could avail these facilities. On enquiry, I was asked by Vodafone to take a replacement SIM. However, even after buying a replacement SIM I was unable to avail these services. Despite several enquiries Vodafone has failed to provide satisfactory services.

Mental Harassment: Rs. 1,00,000/- Defective SIM because of which I have been deprived of essential services, loss of opportunity arising there form: Rs. 10,00,000/-
