Vodafone – disconnection and bill without any usage

These people they have harassed me . First of all i requested them to change my no 9888810xxx to some othr no wharevr formalities they asked i did by then my no was no being changed thn i went to the store they said man we need the owner then i went with the owner they said now no will be changed then also i was not changed then again i went to the store asked that still u my no has not changd mr. Munish he refused said mam u have requested not to change the no. Infarct i have made a payment of rs. 250 to change the no. Thn i requested him to plz disconnect the no he said ok it will be disconnected by calling the owner in 48 hrs as they have the contact no of the owner i asked clearly is there any another formality do let me ken by pl. disconnect the no. Bt they generated the bill of 1800 i paid them unnecessarily and requested ply disconnect it bt they didn’t did. Acc to me i was thinking my no is disconnected and i m nt using that at all bt every month they are generating a bill and harassing me every time i use to visit them they use to say i is resolved. Bt in actual its not and i have received a legal notice . Its not a matter of money if would have used my no i would be happy in paying the bill bt i m not using that no at all then how come i can pay them .

The only thing i want is to plz ask them to disconnect my no and stop generating the false bill they have insulted me by sending the legal notice with out any fault they should appologised for wasting my time and harrasing me
