Vodafone – Disconnection of Mobile service even after payment of bill

Vodafone monthly bill due date is 27th Feb 2014 and I paid on 24th Feb 2014. The amount got transferred from my account. But then also VODAFONE Company disconnected my sim due to non payment of bill. I showed them copy of pass book and contacted the zonal office and Vodafone gallery but now it is 10th March 2014 and they has not started the connection of mobile. Unnecessary harassment is being done to me . I called everybody from Vodafone Gallery and Zonal office but they did not do any thing and just said that we will re activate in Half hour but no response still. I even disclosed my pass book to them. But they are just not doing any thing.

I want the monetary compensation along with a penalty to those people who harrass customers in such manner. This is happening to me not for the first time. It has happened to me for the second time consecutively. i.e. in the previous month also they gave me this trouble but I ignored and now they did it again
