Vodafone Dongle- since purchasing date neither it works properly

Dear Sir / Madam , On dt. 8 – 2 – 2013 DONGLE WAS BOUGHT by me @ Rs.1650/- [ 3rd party bill ] for which warranty / guaranty expiring within next 19 days. But sorry to disturb your goodselves since purchasing date neither it works properly nor vodafone people taking care of to resolve the issue, I personally attended their store frequently to get it repair or refund an amount , people behaviouring extremely indiscipline – non punctual and harassed way got it repaired only once. My latest complaint lodged rescently on dt.21 – 12 – 2013 and two times remind them afterwards but so far nothing possitive move, After experienced such a bad service and faulty product I am only interested to help me out by way of refund amount of Rs.1650/- + possible reasonable penalty of harassment I sufferred. I also made a complaint at ” PEHREDAAR ” of CNBC AAWAZ satelite chanel on dt. 7 – 6 – 2013 and at TRAI on dt.11 – 1 – 2014 but they also unable to help me out. Looking for your best reply with an assurance of refund because I belongs to lower medium class entrepreneur and though it’s a small amount but at this stage it’s a lot for me because this dongle totally locked by Vodafone and faulty as well.

Only interested to get my money back [refund]
