I was using Vodafone 3G Rs.250 / plan of 1 GB /MONTH till September.On 26 september 2013 my 1gb DATA USAGE was over,so I called vodafone customercare center.Vodafone executive introduced me new 3G promotional plan 0f Rs.100 for 1 GB/month For 2 months.I raised a query to him that my billing cycle is from 5th of every month to 4 th of next month and will my new internet plan get expired by 4 th october 2013.He clarified me that new internet plan will be from 27 th september to 26 th october and from next month plan will start from 26 th october upto 25 th november.SO I requested him to deactivate my Rs.250/ plan and activate Rs.100 plan.However I will be charged Rs.100 in the coming bill i.e.5 th October.My new 3G plan got activated from 27 th September and I received a message on 22 nd October from company about completing my 1GB data usage.So I stopped using mobile internet from 22 nd October upto 28 october waiting for next months data plan to start.I again started using my mobile internet from 28 th October regularly assuming that I m using the next months data of 1 GB. BUT,as per the 5 th NOV. bill I am charged extra for the internet usage from 27 nd October to 4 th November about RS. 822/.I have not used any internet from 22 nd october till 27 th october.From 27 th october till 4 th november i have used approximately 380 MB.

to wave-off my excess bill of Rs.900/
