Issue – wrong billing I am using Rs 499 plan that gives 1100 minutes free including roaming. But i my bills i am being charged for roaming minutes. I raised the complaint 3 times on 9820098200. Call centre executive acknowledged and agreed that it has been wrongly charged and he transferred the complaint to billing department for reversal. Reversal was processed for Rs 430 (calculated at 50 paisa per minute) which is wrong. I did get a call once from billing department as well and they also accepted that it has been wrongly charged and i am eligible to get more amount which will be calculated from the time of activation of my plan and they will call back to confirm. But till date i have not received any call from them and i have not been informed how much amount will be reversed. Today I got a call from Deepali from Pune office. She didn’t even care to explain the problem and reason for error. Just told me to see the itemised bill from MYaccount at myvodafone. I kept requesting her to talk and explain it to me but she was not only arrogant & careless but also disconnected the call inbetween. Issue still remain unresolved. If this is the kind of behavior and response Vodafone gives to consumers then situation is really pathetic. Please try to resolve it ASAP.
I demand correct billing as per my usage plan and reversal for the eligible amount from the time of activation.
