Vodafone – excessive bill for internet ustomer care but issue not resolved

i have purchased a vodafone dongle no 9582631XXX in aug 2013 on payment of 1,950/-which includes rental for 3 m. due to non satisfaction i requested for closure of no. in nov 2013. facility was withdrawn from 22/11/2013. thereafter i got a call from your customer care to start a voice plan @ rs. 99/- p.m. on the same which was activated w.e.f. 30/11/2013. however from 23/11 to 25/11 (three days) internet was used on the said no. for which charges comes to rs. 6,095.95. i have not used the internet after disconnection. i have communicated to your customer care but issue not resolved. please resolve the issue although i have paid this amount in order to continue the number.
payment of 6,100/- be refunded along with compensation for harassment
