I have Vodafone no. 9769055151 in postpaid operation. Complaint on exorbitant ISD calling billing for month of Dec’13 over its own Oct’13 bill based on points below; 1. Published ISD tariffs for ISD charges show Germany charges as Rs 12 per minute. 2. Special numbers to Germany are charged Rs 100 per minute 3. Out of which 0049 9131 xxx is not listed on its ISD said tariff list as special number — even till 16th Dec’13 4. Vodafone own bill Oct’13 charges nominally Rs 10 per minute for 0049 9131 xxxx calls done earlier

Reversal of exorbitant ISD charges of Rs 100 / min to be reduced to Rs 10 per minute as done previously for Oct’13 bill
