I had a data plan on my vodafone post paid 9619677644. I wanted to disconnect it so i called customer care and followed the procedure on 15th july. 2nd time i called customer care to check if it is disconnected or not then i got a reply that it is in a process you will be getting confirmation message once data plan gets deactivated. 3rd time i called to customer care as i didnt receive any message apart from reply during the deacrivation code sent by me . then he said your plan is deactivated already i asked if i am getting charged by ordinary data charges now then i.e. 10piase/1kb, he said you will not charged till 18th june as your bill cycle.is till 18th july. You will be charged as per your internet pack . data usage will be deducted from that only. When i received my bill learnt that i have charged for data usage after 15 july according to.10paise per kb usage and not from my data pack. I again called customer care to register complaint. They said you will be refunded extra.billed amount in next bill.(complaint.no. 671140862). Again i called to know status of my complaint they took fresh complaint of mine and asked me to mail me complaint but now i got reply your.amount wont be refunded.to you as it is as per data charges you consumed. I used internet because of wrong guidance of customer.care.
Cancel my charges of data usage apart from my internet pack.
