There was an email conversation from my registered mail id to Vodafone to activate one tariff plan, earlier communications from Vodafone says that the requested plan was not available for my number. So I requested to deactivate my services from vodafone. Vodafone fooled me 2 months saying that they have already activated which was not done one 1 month. I against raised a request to deactivate. They charged 500 INR for activating the plan and deactivated my services. I want my 500 INR back as per clear mail conversations from them.mail conversation attached

I want my INR 500 revert.
